Pre-Order Policy
This Pre-Order Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by Seventh Degree Technologies, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”). By placing a pre-order for EasyButton (the “Product”), you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. PRE-ORDER TERMS
By pre-ordering EasyButton, you acknowledge that:

This is a pre-sale transaction; the Product is not yet available for immediate delivery.

Estimated shipping dates are subject to change due to manufacturing, supply chain, or regulatory approval delays.

Pre-orders are limited in quantity and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. PAYMENT AND CHARGES
2.1 Payment Processing

You will be charged immediately upon placing a pre-order.

Payment methods accepted include major credit and debit cards.

If payment is declined, your pre-order will not be processed.
2.2 Pricing and Taxes

The pre-order price is $40, excluding taxes and shipping fees.

Sales tax, VAT, import duties, and other applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout.

Prices may change before official product launch, but you are locked into your pre-order price.
3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
3.1 Estimated Delivery Date

The estimated shipping window for pre-orders is summer 2025.

We will notify you via email if delays occur.
3.2 Shipping Costs & Responsibilities

Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not liable for lost or undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses.
3.3 International Orders

Customers outside the USA are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or tariffs imposed by their country.

International shipments may experience additional delays due to customs processing.
4. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND RETURNS
4.1 Cancellation by Customer

Before Shipment: You may cancel your pre-order within [X] days of purchase for a full refund.

After Shipment: Cancellations are not permitted once the order has been shipped.
4.2 Refunds

If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

4.3 Returns & Warranty

If you receive a defective or damaged Product, please refer to our Return & Warranty Policy.

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or change of mind after delivery.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
5.1 No Guarantees on Availability

Pre-orders do not guarantee immediate product availability. If production ceases or becomes infeasible, we will issue refunds.
5.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Product is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as required by law.
5.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seventh Degree Technologies, Inc. is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Loss of use, profits, or business interruption.

Delays or failures beyond our control (e.g., supply chain disruptions).

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for your pre-order.
6. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Agreement is governed by the laws of DA, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in DA, except for claims eligible for small claims court.
7. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement. Any updates will be posted on our website, and continued participation in the pre-order program constitutes acceptance of changes.
