At Seventh Degree Technologies, Inc., we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund & Warranty Policy outlines our procedures for refunds, returns, and warranty claims for EasyButton (the “Product”).

1. REFUND POLICY

1.1 Pre-Order Refunds

  • Before Shipment: If you have pre-ordered EasyButton, you may cancel your order for a full refund before the product has shipped.

  • After Shipment: Once the Product has been shipped, standard return policies apply (see Section 2).

1.4 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-14 business days after the return is received and inspected.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

2. RETURN POLICY

Seventh Degree Technologies is not able to support refunds for shipped products at this time. Please contact us at joey@sevdeg.com for any assistance we may provide with your product.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product.

  • We are not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.
